Business Sponsor Fee

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 2026 Saddle Creek and Harmony Grove subdivisions Block Party! We expect 300-400 attendees and event marketing will go to over 600 homes. Once we receive your payment, you will get more info via email. Thank you!

EARLY BIRD FEE of $100 is valid through 6/1. After that it is $200. If you'd like to be a presenting sponsor, please email [email protected]

  • Business sponsors must arrive by 12:30 PM and must provide their own table/tent

  • Business sponsors must have a FREE and engaging activity available as a demonstration or for people walking by their table

  • Please note we will simultaneously have a Kids Vendor Fair going on where kids can sell things they've made
  • Rain date is the following day. If the event is rescheduled due to weather, you’ll be notified by email.
