Business Sponsor Fee

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 2026 Saddle Creek and Harmony Grove subdivisions Block Party! We expect 300-400 attendees and event marketing will go to over 600 homes. Once we receive your payment, you will get more info via email. Thank you!

📅 Date: SUNDAY, September 13, 2026 (date has been changed from 9/12 due to conflict with Park District)
🕒 Time: 1–4 PM
📍 Location: George A. Pradel Park

  • Business sponsors must arrive by 12:30 PM and must provide their own table/tent

  • Business sponsors must have a FREE and engaging activity available as a demonstration or for people walking by their table

  • Please note we will simultaneously have a Kids Vendor Fair going on where kids can sell things they've made
  • Rain date is the following Sunday. If the event is rescheduled due to weather, you’ll be notified by email.
