Kids Vendor Fair Information

The Kids Vendor Fair takes place during the Saddle Creek + Harmony Grove Neighborhood Block Party

📅 Date: Saturday, September 12, 2026
🕒 Time: 1–4 PM
📍 Location: Pradel Park

• NO FOOD CAN BE SOLD 
• Pre-Event Info Session: Vendors will be invited to an optional informational session to meet other vendors and learn best practices (details emailed closer to date).

• Tables: Vendors must bring their own table. Vendors are welcome to bring their own tents.

• Weather Policy: Rain date is the following day and if the event is rescheduled due to weather, you’ll be notified by email. Fees non-refundable.
