Participation Information

The Kids Vendor Fair takes place during our neighborhood block party on the blocked road in front of Pradel Park. To participate, kids must be between ages 5-18 and sell items they have made/created themselves.

Fees Per Vendor Table:

$35 | Resident of Saddle Creek or Harmony Grove Subdivisions

$45 | Non-resident of Saddle Creek or Harmony Grove Subdivisions

To secure your spot, please enter the correct amount based on your residence. Once payment is received, we will reach out with more details via email to get your category and store info.

Kids Vendor Fair Information

The Kids Vendor Fair takes place during the Saddle Creek + Harmony Grove Neighborhood Block Party

📅 Date: Sunday, September 13, 2026
🕒 Time: 1–4 PM
📍 Location: Pradel Park

  • NO FOOD CAN BE SOLD 
  • Pre-Event Info Session: Vendors will be invited to an optional informational session to meet other vendors and learn best practices (details emailed closer to date).

  • Tables: Vendors must bring their own table. Vendors are welcome to bring their own tents.

  • Weather Policy: Rain date is the following Sunday and if the event is rescheduled due to weather, you’ll be notified by email. Fees non-refundable.
